Liam & Ivy - New York Return Policy
Important: Please read our return policy carefully. No exceptions will be made, as you agreed to the terms at the time of purchase.
Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date you received your product to return it. If 30 days have passed, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Conditions: The returned product must be in the same condition as when you received it, unused and in its original packaging. For products where hygiene is paramount, they must be thoroughly cleaned before the return process begins.
Exclusions: For hygiene reasons, certain products cannot be returned, such as underwear, lingerie, tights, and certain personal care products.
Starting the process: If you wish to return a product, please send an email to: support@liamivy.com, indicating your order number, the reason for the return, a photo of the product if it is damaged, and your contact details.
Refund
Procedure: After receiving and inspecting your return, we will send you an email to confirm whether your refund has been approved or declined. If approved, your refund will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method within 30 days.
Late or Unreceived Refund: If you still haven't received your refund after 30 days, please check your bank account first. If you still haven't received it, please contact us at support@liamivy.com.
Costs
Return shipping costs: All customers are responsible for shipping costs and customs fees associated with returns. All returns must be sent with a tracking number (Track & Trace). We are not responsible for lost or untrackable returns, and refunds cannot be processed without verifiable shipping information. Returns must be sent to China, and shipping costs start at $25 and are the responsibility of the customer.
Exceptions
Defective or incorrect products: Upon receipt of a defective or incorrect product, we will send a new product free of charge. If the problem persists a second time, you will receive a full refund of the purchase price.
Cancellation: Orders cannot be canceled once they have been placed due to our automated system.
